Toowong has plenty of towers with service lifts and dock bookings, plus a lot of older four-storey walk-ups that have neither.

Hills, lifts and tight streets.
Toowong is genuinely hilly. Some streets are too steep or narrow to park a 4.5-tonne truck safely, so we find the nearest sound spot and carry from there.
If you are in a tower, book the service lift early and ask the building for their removalist requirements. We will send our certificate of currency straight to them.
Older blocks with no lift are common. First 20 steps free, then $25 inc GST a flight — three flights up is $110 once the free steps are used.
Milton Road and the Toowong roundabout are slow at peak. An early start keeps the billable hours honest.
