Small timber cottages on narrow blocks, often with a side gate barely wide enough for a fridge. We measure rather than force.
The riverside developments have proper docks and service lifts. Book the lift as soon as you have a settlement or lease date.
A lot of one and two-bedroom rentals. Weekday studio or one-bed moves are $599 fixed with travel included.

Parking is the whole game.
Streets around Boundary and Vulture are tight, often one lane once cars are parked. We scope the approach in advance so we are not blocking a bus route.
Much of West End is resident-permit parking. If your building or street needs a permit or a coned bay, arrange it a few days out — it saves real money on the clock.
Saturday mornings around Davies Park are busy and slow. A weekday move is easier and 15% cheaper than a weekend.
