Small and Tall Removals (ABN 21 479 332 545) is a Brisbane removals business based in Jamboree Heights. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you ask us for a quote or book a move, what we do with it, and how you can get it changed or deleted.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to price your job and turn up at the right place. Depending on how you contact us, that includes:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The pickup and delivery suburbs or addresses, and the access at each end — stairs, lift, parking, clearance.
• The size of the move: number of bedrooms, the items on your inventory, anything heavy or awkward.
• Your preferred moving date and how you would like us to contact you.
• Anything else you choose to tell us in a message, email, text or phone call.

We do not collect payment card numbers through our website. If you pay a deposit, that is handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

Where it comes from

• The instant estimate form on this website.
• Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you complete one of those, Meta passes your details to us — Meta's own handling of that information is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
• Phone calls, text messages and emails.
• Enquiries passed to us by moving lead services you have submitted a request to.
• Referrals from community organisations, agencies or builders arranging a move on your behalf.

What we use it for

• Preparing and sending your quote.
• Confirming your booking and planning the job — crew, truck, timing and access.
• Contacting you before, on and after moving day.
• Invoicing and keeping our business records.
• Following up an enquiry that did not go ahead, unless you tell us not to.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share it only where it is needed to do the job:

• With the software we use to run the business — our quoting and job system, email and accounting tools.
• With an organisation that is paying for your move, where one has arranged and funded it.
• Where we are required to by law.

Keeping it safe, and how long we keep it

We store your details in password-protected accounts and limit access to the two owners of the business. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations — generally seven years for anything tied to an invoice. Enquiries that never became a job are deleted sooner on request.

Cookies and website analytics

This website may use cookies and third-party analytics to understand how people find and use the site. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the instant estimate will still work.

Getting your information, changing it, or having it deleted

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct something that is wrong, or delete your details altogether. Email admin@smallandtallremovals.com or call 0422 599 873 and we will action it, normally within a few business days. There is no charge.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
