Towers and Queenslanders.
The towers around Indooroopilly Shopping Centre need a lift booking and often a loading dock slot. Book it as soon as you have a date — buildings here fill their lift bookings fast.
Up the hill there are timber homes on stumps with proper stair runs. We bring the trolleys and blankets for it and we do not charge extra for the first 20 steps.
Lots of one and two-bedroom rentals near the station and the university. A studio or one-bed is $599 fixed on a weekday, travel included.

Lifts, docks and permits.
Most Indooroopilly buildings require a booked service lift and a certificate of currency from your removalist. We will send ours to your building manager — just give us the email.
Our truck stands a little over three metres. A few older Indooroopilly basements are lower than that, so we check the clearance before the day rather than discovering it at the boom gate.
Around the station and the shopping centre parking is metered and tight. Where there is no dock we will sort the closest legal spot — and the clock is honest about the carry.
