FIXED PRICE INC GST$159.50/hr inc GST, with a 2-hour minimum and then simple 30-minute increments — and that includes two professional removalists, our 4.5T pantech with a tail lift, padded blankets, straps and trolleys. The only extra is a distance-based travel fee from our Jamboree Heights base ($88 within 25km, $137.50 for 25–50km, $181.50 for 50–75km, all inc GST), and it’s shown on your quote before you book.

Yes. A sofa, a bed, a dining set, a Marketplace or Gumtree pickup, or a store collection — single items and small loads are quoted as a fixed price inc GST, so there’s no clock running.
Yes, on request. Let us know which pieces need it when you ask for your quote and we’ll allow the extra time — it isn’t included in a fixed price unless it’s on your quote.
Every piece is wrapped in padded blankets, moved on trolleys and strapped in the truck. Our 4.5T pantech has a tail lift, so heavy pieces go up and down without being hand-lifted onto the truck.
Anything over 100kg — pianos, pool tables, safes and gym equipment — is priced individually, because weight and access vary. Mention it on your quote request and we’ll confirm the price before you book.
Our 4.5T pantech is around 2.2m high inside, so items taller than that can’t stand upright. If you have an unusually large piece, include its size or a photo with your quote request and we’ll confirm it fits.
Furniture doesn’t need boxing — we wrap it on the day. Smaller loose items should be packed in boxes and ready to go before the crew arrives.
